Where to manage your teams
To manage your Teams, you need to go to the Users and teams page. This is accessed by opening the Configuration Menu from the cog icon in the top right of your screen.
Once you’ve opened the Users and Teams page, click on Teams. This is where you can see all the relevant information about your teams, and be able to add new ones.
If you want to manage the members of a team, click on the team on the left panel and you’ll see the team’s key information appear on the right: Team Members, Queues and Schedule.
You can click on the pencil to edit, and the down arrow to see your existing settings
You can edit a team using the button at the bottom of the right panel, or the three dots next to the team name.
Removing a Team
You’ll only be able to delete a team when you have more than one team created in Gnatta. When you want to delete a team, you can do so using the three button menu shown below.
Adding a Team
You can create a new team using the button on the top right of the screen. You’ll be asked to provide a name and list Users that you want to join your team.
