Where to invite new users
You can invite new users through the Users section of the Users and Teams page as shown below. This page is available by opening the Configuration Menu from the cog icon on the top right of the screen. The menu will appear on the left side of your screen under Your company.
You can find the button to invite a new user on the top right of the Gnatta screen.
To add a new user, add their email and select their language in the fields provided. If you want to add more than one user, keep the Invite another user checkbox ticked when you press Send invite.
The invited user will then receive their invite shortly after through the email you entered. To see any outstanding invitations, you can check the Invited section of the Users and Teams page.
When your new user gets their invitation on the email address you submitted, they’ll need to provide a username and password. Passwords need to meet the following citeria.
- 8 characters minimum
- At least 1 capital letter
- At least 1 non-capital letter
- At least 1 number
- At least 1 non-alphanumeric
