Where to add a channel
The first thing you should do in Gnatta is to add a channel.
If it’s your first time connecting the channel, you’ll see a product tour start to take you through all the steps

When you get started on your domain, you’ll have the option to connect a channel from the Configuration Menu on the left. This is accessed through the cog icon on the top right of your screen.
Adding a channel
Once you’ve selected a channel, you’ll be able to start connecting it with the connect account button that appears on the top right.
For each type of channel you can add you will get a brief tour to help you correctly set up your channel.
Once you’ve added the right accounts for your chosen channel, you’ll be able to edit details on the channel’s page. Where relevant, you’ll be able to add teams or queues to the channel.
When your account is created, a queue and routing will be automatically set up (to add messages for your accounts into the queue created). Your default team will then be assigned to the account for you.
Once you’ve set up your account on a channel, a default queue and necessary routing gets created automatically. Your default team will be assigned here so you can start talking with your customers straight away.
