Within Gnatta you have the ability to add Notes to Interactions. The colours of the notes you add can be fully customised within the Configuration segment of the UI to enable you to segment them for your teams more effectively.
You may want staff to leave different note colours depending on their seniority. For instance, Team Leaders/ Management would use a different colour to standard users.
Another option would be to use specific note colours for different actions. For instance, you might leave a red note when you’re adding refund information.
Here’s how you get started:
1. Open the Configuration menu in the top right of the UI (Admin permissions are required).
2. Select Company Details.
3. Select Add Colour.
4. You can then either select the colour using the colour selector or you can enter the RGB code.
